The ATTS 5000 was developed by SEMCO to ensure that receiver systems successfully perform at both IRIG 118 Chapter 4 recommended tests, as well as additional customer-specified performance parameters. The ATTS 5000 ensures that the highest quality test data is consistently and repetitively collected on each and every system.
The ATTS 5000 operator interface is a Lab View-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) allowing the operator to select one or more (or all) tests for telemetry receiver combiner testing. A BNC/N patch panel and cable set for a dual or quad channel receiver combiner system is connected to the Unit Under Test (UUT). Telemetry Receiver control is provided via the Serial Interface Connector on all of SEMCO Receiver rear panels. The operator uses the System Configuration information provided by the Receiver Control and Monitor Software RCMS) program Configuration Window, which is then recorded on the Test Data Record Header printed out at the end of the test.
The ATTS 5000 supports automated testing of all SEMCO R100, R200, R400 and R600 Series dual and quad channel Receiver Combiner systems.
The ATTS 5000 is also an ideal system for automated loop testing of multiple SEMCO receivers installed in a Telemetry Ground Station. Full Level 1 and Level 2 testing can be quickly and efficiently performed per IRIG 118 Chapter 4, with documented Test Data Records provided after each automated test sequence.
The ATTS 5000 is a cost effective test platform for testing receivers that have been repaired in the depot. A typical complete IRIG 118 Chapter 4 manual test time is 5-7 days – the ATTS 5000 can perform and document these tests in 10 hours or less.
SEMCO provides the ATTS 5000 as a turn-key system, including on-site training and all required software and documentation.
